Postpartum care is Mother-Centered:  It is based on providing support for physical warmth, rest and recuperation, nourishing foods, body work, and community connection.

Once you fill out your intake form I create coaching sessions specifically for you. Topics to address:

Your baby’s birth.

The role of your partner.

Meaningful practices which address postpartum challenges.

How to best support you physically and emotionally.

I guide you through embodiment meditation techniques to encourage calm and stillness to regulate your mind, body, and spirit.

We will set up your postpartum plan in your third trimester. I’ll be available on a daily basis during the first 2 weeks after your baby arrives. During the 3rd and 4th week we schedule times to meet according to our plan. I am here to coach and support you and your caregivers as needed.
