Postpartum Coaching Support for Moms and their Families

Honoring the Ancient Tradition of Nurturing New Moms

“Birth Matters... It matters because it is the way we all begin our lives outside of our source, our mother's bodies. It's the means from which we enter and feel our first impression of the wider world. For each mother, it is an event that shakes and shapes her to her innermost core. Women's perceptions about their bodies and their babies' capabilities will be deeply influenced by the care they receive around the time of birth.”

- Ina Mae Gaskin

My mission is to help you learn to connect to your deeper intuitive-knowing of your body, the birth process and your connection to your baby. In our contemporary fast-moving society, Mothers continually give so much of their own energy to others that they too often neglect their own need to be nurtured and sustained.  It is important for Mothers to receive proper holistic care after the baby arrives as it is during pregnancy.

I offer a one month essential coaching experience:

Our work together is completely customized to support your family during the postpartum recovery period.

  • We discuss your unique needs as a new Mom and sacred journey into Motherhood. I help answer any questions you might have during the postpartum period. Including emotional support, changing physiology, breastfeeding questions, and any baby issues.

  • I teach and guide you in an embodiment-meditation to calm your nervous system and to help you feel your feet on the ground and to receive the support of the Earth.

  • You have access to my support team:  herbalists, lactation consultants, and nutritionists.

  •  Together, we identify your physical, spiritual, and emotional postpartum needs, including the expectations of your family.  I organize a comprehensive supportive plan for the month.

  • “Jane has an incredible gift with mothers and children. Her calm, wise, supportive energy was always a blessing when she came to visit—at the hospital when we had to stay an extra, stressful week in the pediatric ward, and at our home. Sometimes she just listened; other times she held the baby so I could get a much-needed break, and she always had warm and positive advice. One day she got inspired and created an amazing kale-tortellini-vegetable soup! We have stayed in touch over the last several years and my children always love visiting her. We love Jane!”
